The kitchen opens off the great room and is replete with hardwood cabinetry and very nice countertops. The fridge/freezer unit and dishwasher are new.  The laundry opens off the kitchen (washer and dryer not included). 

The master bedroom measures 16' x 12', has a built in wardrobe and is next to the bathroom in a little hallway off the main room.  The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the great room and they measure 12 x 12' each.  Both have small built-ins (if another bathroom were required, perhaps this wardrobe space could be converted into an adjoining bathroom).

This is a really lovely home located on a very nice lot in a quiet and new neighborhood.  The town of Coffman Cove is only a few minutes away, as is the new ferry terminal.  Coffman Cove is located on the east side of Prince of Wales Island, and is about 60 miles from Klawock.

Map 1 shows the area, and map 2 shows the property for sale - Lot 11A and the adjacent lot 9A that is available for purchase to the buyer of 11A.  The house sits on the back portion of lot 11A, so the purchase of 9A would protect the outlook and privacy of the house and enable the new owner to develop a circular driveway - makes for easy driving with big boats!
