Single female is searching for a home or property to build on. Property must be developed to the point of building and connected to utilities pre-purchase, or have a livable condition trailer/cabin on it already. Searching for a home that is as energy-efficient and structurally sound as possible. Cosmetic work can be done by purchaser. First time home buyer looking for a home that is economically feasible and in decent condition.
I'm open to any suggestions or possibilities! It's hard to find a home in Craig, so anything realistic for my situation will be considered! Thanks much!
